On-Suite Bathroom (even a wet bath where tub & shower are in the same space, pretty fun!)

Private balcony with porch swing, rocker and 4 chairs & coffee table for morning coffee or happy hour.
Each bedside dresser has a wireless charger for your phone + a charging station.

The Bunk Room
We wanted this room to be vibrant and fun, our daughters were the decorating visionaries. 2 solid wood bunks (less noisy, more comfort), twin XL over Queen, and a full size futon so this room can sleep 8. TV and pillows to lay back & watch a movie in the kids hangout. However, if this is a girls or guys trip, or couples, think of this as camp and the best room to have the most fun. If you are filling this room with kids, stand under TV is also filled with little kid to teenage age books!
This room has one closet, one dresser & 2 luggage racks to make sure everyone has a space for their belongings.

Jack and Jill Bathroom attaches the bunk room to King Suite #3.
We know these days kids or adults come with charging needs by their bed. Each bed + the futon has an individual light with a USB connection, so you only need your USB to whatever kind of phone you have cord (no square needed) and you have a place to charge and keep your phone over each bed. The beds even have automatic lights underneath for the late night potty break to be able to see where you are going.
King Suite #3 on 2nd Floor
We wanted to comfortably fit 3 families in this home, hence the 3rd King Bed. This one shares a Jack & Jill bathroom with the bunk room, however we made sure to make this one the most peaceful for not having it’s own private bath. There are no short sticks in this house!
This room has a dresser and large closet, TV and shares a bathroom, which does have a good size linen closet to keep your toiletries out of the way.
